Death of a Genius

<

The time has come, much like Rome, Sparta, the Garden of Eden and the House Party movies another empire has fallen: that of Kanye West. If you've already bought this album I'm sorry I'd ask for my money back. As big a Kanye West fan as I am, (I still have Kanye shades and yes they glow in the dark), I also have a brain and when I use that brain it tells me that his newest release: 808s and Heartbreaks is WACK ala hot garbage (My very own trademarked adjective). I never thought I could be a worldwide successful hip hop producer/rapper until I heard this "album." Harsh I know, especially since I'd make a terrible producer/rapper. My only saving grace would be my track jacket & fitted hat combinations.

This album can be describe in a metaphor of the sad story of Frankenstein.
Metaphoric Synopsis:
1. Lonely Genius creates monster.
2. Monster is misunderstood by people.
3. Monster kills lonely genius.
4. People kill monster.
5. I hope I don't need to elaborate on what represents what.

BUT swiftly and thankfully we do have some much desired relief! Living in the "free" society that we do,  people actually CAN be creative. By taking the "hot garbage concept" recycling it and producing something that pushes the limits of the "artistic critique" to a new level (music thankfully is this avenue). The result is something magically hilarious, ironic, indispensable and possibly priceless.

So out of the ashes of the new Kanye albums that I wish I could smolder with a blowtorch, comes a beautiful compilation to keep all those creators of wack @$$ trash music in check.  (Sorry KW but this does include you THIS time.)
